Seasons

Well... Tonight was our oldest's last Softball game. Until the next spring , if she  decides to play again , She's unsure, but I think she really enjoyed this fast pitch season , she had an awesome coach , unlike the one the 2 years prior. He was someone who just didn't have the patients to work with children , and that's a shame since he coached like 4 teams. But that's in the past , we will play next spring by ear and see if she wants to play again.

Not only was tonight that end of the ball season but it really felt like Fall... and I love it. Not just becuase my birthday is in 3 days . But becuase I got to pull out hoodies , and blue jeans for the kids .. and they just look so stinking cute in cold weather clothes. Here in Tennessee it is hard to find a happy medium when it comes to weather , it's typically blazing hot until it gets cold.. So these days like today ( and forecasted all week ) are a real treasure. The sun could have been out a little more , so it wasnt so gloomy and I could have felt a little more motivated.I have loads to do still when it comes to stocking for my Grand Opening on Decky Doodle . So instead I took some pictures of my niece and nephew , and a few of my youngest but he wasn't feeling it ... at. all .

Here are a few of the shots , my nephew is only 9 days younger than my youngest and are just about the opposite it can get when it comes to looks , blue eyes while mine has brown , red hair while mine has dark brown , white freckly skin to my son's olive toned ..You would be surprised to know how often we are asked if they are twins lol..

They both look so serious here , but aside from the biting fits, hair pulling , pushing and pulling on each other , they are best buds

And becuase I just want to share their cuteness with the world , here are a few I took of my neice and nephew today as well

I laid down to get to his level while sitting, and he decided it looked like fun , kinda took away from the shot I was trying to take but still got some nice ones lol.

and my cute little neice , who was only worried about eating the leaves and making the most "what do you want from me" faces , until my 4 year old walked behind me to make her laugh.. and she was all smiles from then on , well.... in between eating some of the leaves

This one is so cute... He loves his little sister , for now lol, she's just started crawling so we'll see how long it lasts..

But thanks for looking , I know these arent the best pics out there , I am still learning the abilities of my camera but... well... I didnt know what to blog about , and I thought these turned out nice ..

Is it really that hard?

So as I have mentioned before , I have 3 fantastic children . 3 busy , very active , sometimes loud , usually pretty quick , or atleast quicker than I feel like moving at the moment , children.. 3 children I can never seem to get in one place long enough to take a decent picture. Well while outside today , I thought " Hey, no one is fighting, crying ,disgustisnly filthy, they are all dressed...Im gonna take a picture" sounds simple enough , I asked the older 2 to join the youngest in the fort on the swingset , simply becuase .. if you have a 2 year old that is happy somewhere.. dont change anything. So they joined him, and I snapped a couple pictures .. of seriously 14 pictures of the 3 of them there was not a SINGLE picture that all 3 were looking at me :(... but I thought I would share a couple of what I did take , just because.

I would have to say this last one is my favorite cause you can at least see all of their faces and they arent making goofy faces , or in mid word lol

So I lied about that "roll" I had going on

I have thought many times over the last days about my blog, and how I started with intentions of posting daily. I kept true to those intentions for about a week , then just dwindled off... I suppose life does that to you ,though.

So these are things that will throw a stick in your spokes , and to say the least not make this blog my first thing I do when I get time to get online :)

1) Hard working husband's employer had to make some major cut backs, luckily he wasnt laid off but he did have a pretty significant pay cut ( temporarily ) and his hours had been disappearing because the lack of work that lead to the lay offs ...

2)Fast pitch softball for A

3) start of school year :) we now have a 3rd grader

4) my dad and his wife came to TN for a couple days, they brought my grandmother <3 to our house for a cookout , I then took the kids west to join them for a day in Gatlinburg , we all had a blast

5) some major dental work for myself and some minor stuff for the kids , A just had some sealants to be done ,but our oldest little guy G had to have a root canal , and he's 4 :( , Im not done yet but when I am done I will have had a total of 3 root canals , 1 crown , 2 Bridges and 2 fillings .... and lets just say even though we have some pretty awesome dental insurance they only paid 1000$ , and well...... I could have bought a car with the cost of my new chompers

and then just every day kinda stuff gets in there too .. and well I havent even told anyone about my blog yet , so I dont think anyone even reads it ( if you do , please comment lol ) but I dont have any obligation to post ,
